Safety
Never hold your breath in the water without proper freediving training.

Never force yourself to hold your breath. When you got more skills, your breath holding time increase without forcing.
Always do the exercises in a way so the air can flow freely through your nose and mouth. Do not use a diving mask or nose clip during training.
Make sure someone is present if you are doing long breathing exercises.

Always avoid over-breathing or hyperventilation during exercise.
If you experience symptoms of hyperventilation, stop exercising and breathe normally for a while. Do less breathing in the future.
Symptoms of hyperventilation include:
- Tingling in the limbs
- Semi paralysis of hands
- Dizziness
- Lightheadness
- Numbness around the mouth
- Metallic taste in the mouth
