BASICS OF BREATH CONTROL

Learn to understand how breathing works and how it can be controlled. 

 

You will become familiar with diaphragmatic breathing and chest breathing and learn to use the full capacity of your lungs. Strengthening the diaphragm and its proper functioning is a key for quality breathing. During the exercise program, you will safely learn the basics of breath holding.

Breath control allows you to increase safety in your hobby, increase your oxygen uptake and relax.

The program is for beginners.
